You ever have someone do something for you that was so nice, it brought a tear to your eye? Or it caused some other involuntary visceral response in your physiology (that's a lot of big words deftly arranged as a euphemism for "sprout wood")? No? You never have? Man, sucks to be you.
Anyway, jet on over to Homebrew and Chemistry for a recap of Chemgeek's Thanksgiving Holiday (as a side note, prepare the empathy and sympathy train). Also, click the link for "euphoria". Awesome, isn't it?
When there was the chance that Brett Favre was going to play in Minnesota, I had pondered becoming BFFs with Chemgeek. However, his little buried shoutout and linky-loo with my name behind it cemented it.
So, new best friend, what's in the fridge? Mmmm...beer and pie. God bless America.

His link was perfection!
Oh my. Flattered I am.
I knew this internet was going to pay off someday.
Thanks for the linky goodness.
I love the cartoon. Especially since beer keeps spawning in my own house. I can't get away from it. Sometimes it's like the baby alien in Alien et. al.. It just flies across the room into my mouth. There is nothing I can do about it.
It's 11:30 on a Wednesday morning...and all of a sudden I have the urge to go to a bar...
Thats funny I have a craving for giant whole dill pickles...
Can I use "no, it's the beer that is addicted to me" at my next AA meeting? (Don't want to mess copyright infringement issues with my drinking issues.)
Mr. Chemgeek,
You might want to be careful. Having beer leap out of your stomach in any manner tends not to work well.
Won't the Stick of Defense work well against beer bottles?
It probably would be very effective against beer bottles. Finally, I can bring something to this friendship.
